본 회 제 4차 학술세미나를 다음과 같이 개최합니다. 아래의 학술 논문을 바탕으로 진행될 예정입니다.
∎4차 학술세미나 - 일 시: 2026년 2월 2일(월) 오후 4시 - 장 소: 금융투자협회 19층 대회의실 (서울 영등포구 의사당대로 143 금융투자센터빌딩) - 발표주제: The Evolution of Corporate Governance in Japan 『초록: In this seminar, Professor Hideaki Miyajima, Executive Vice President of Waseda University, will present key insights from his widely acclaimed edited volume. He will provide a detailed overview of how Japanese corporate governance has transformed over the past decades and offer a comparative analysis of recent governance reforms in Japan and Korea. Drawing from his recent presentation at Harvard University, he will discuss the structural shifts in ownership and board monitoring in both countries, exploring how they have adapted to global standards while retaining unique institutional characteristics. 』 - 방식: 오프라인
